Boundary Survey- The determination of the boundaries of a parcel of land. This type of survey is most commonly used by residential customers who are installing fences, constructing buildings or additions, or just want to know where their property lines/boundaries are.

Land Division Survey- The creation of new parcel(s) of land out of large parcels. These surveys require municipal approval and are regulated by local ordinances.

Bathymetric Survey- Determines the depth of a body of water, and creation of a map of what the
bottom looks like.

Subdivision Developments- Full service design of subdivisions.

Condominium Developments- Full service design of condominiums.

Construction Staking- Interpreting construction plans and helping contractors build per the design.

ALTA Survey- A Boundary Survey that has specific requirements set forth by the American Land Title Association. Most of the time this type of survey is used with commercial properties.

Topographic Survey- Survey in which the main focus is to show the existing physical features of the land. Usually reserved for Site Plans and Engineering Designs.

Hazardous Waste Site Survey- Our staff has been thoroughly trained so they can perform survey related functions in hazardous areas.
